Which Galaxy Tab Models are Getting One UI 6?

Since Samsung officially released the One UI 6 stable update to Galaxy S23 devices, most relevant users have eyes on it. Samsung also has several Galaxy Tab genre audiences actively following these updates. Galaxy Tab users have been looking for the answer – Will they be able to enjoy ONE UI 6?

Recently, the roadmap of One UI 6 has been published for Europe, creating hype among the Tab’s users. It happened as the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite was spotted in the list but is not yet explicitly scheduled for the update. However, the listing gives hope of One UI 6 for Galaxy Tablet users.

If we search back in history and look at the rollout information of Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, Tab S7 FE, and Tab A8, it was launched with Android 11 back in 2021. According to the four-year update policy of Samsung, these Galaxy Tablets are the perfect fit for the One UI 6 update, which will be its 3rd major update. A Little about the listed Galaxy Tab Series:

The latest Galaxy Tab S9 series was well equipped to support One UI 6 firmly based on Android 14. The series launched with One UI 5.1.1 based on Android 13. After a stunning update to its predecessor version, the S9 Tab series set a premium standard. Tab S9 series gives a power pack performance because of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. And the seamless experience with an outstanding refresh rate of 120 Hz and Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. Although the company keeps the series size similar, it boosts the IP Rating to IP68. Moreover, the IP68-rated Stylus Pen gives your thoughts to express paper lessly in harsh environments. In addition, a meaningful boost of 1TB Storage for its ultra version compared to the earlier version.

Coming to its prequel Galaxy Tab S8 lineup, it was launched in early 2022, with a rollout with OS Android 12 and One UI 4.1 on top. During its launch, the Galaxy Lineup gained popularity due to its latest edition of the Ultra version. The series has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Octa Core (1×3.0GHz + 3×2.5GHz + 4×1.8GHz) Soc setup. Overall, the series was efficient back then compared to its rivals.

Speaking about the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, rollout with Android 11 and One UI 3.1 on top. The device was powered with the MediaTek MT8768N Helio Octa Core Processor. It was mostly known for its fast charging and long-lasting battery capability.
