Samsung Teams Up With Game Devs to Optimize Games for Galaxy Devices

Galaxy S24 recently got a special hardware spec bump, i.e., the vapor chamber, to resolve the heating issues. After the effects of heat, such as Stuck or Pause Graphics, Gameplay delays, and the sudden collapse of the game, are what most users fear.

However, with the cooling solution, it can get rid of the issues. Primarily for Mobile Gamers, it’s a heavenly upgrade as heat impacts the performance.

Adding more to improve the gaming experience, the K giant is taking another step to collaborate with the Game Companies for optimizing its Games. This optimization will not hinder the processor; hence, the heat impact will be minimized. Thus, users can experience smooth Gameplay.

Tipster @TarunVatts mentioned some interesting points in his tweet about the announcement of the game optimization status. Initially, this announcement was promoted with #PlayWithGalaxy by one of the moderators in the Korean Community forum.

The moderator highlighted the important fact: “Game Optimization is largely accomplished through the device’s SW, but optimization efforts with game companies/engine companies are also very important.”

More Or less, the summary of the announcement is as follows:

1. Samsung Game Optimization Team has announced that it will work closely with the Game Companies/Engine Companies. This collaboration in advance will prepare the popular games to give a seamless Galaxy Gaming experience.

2. There will be a dedicated Game Optimization bulletin board other than the Gaming Hub Bulletin. Through this, users can track the details of cooperation between gaming companies. Moreover, any issues related to the game can be posted, and a quick response with proper improved direction will be suggested.

3. At present, the Team has invested in identifying the issues and workarounds for the Galaxy S24 LSI model, with the recent popular RPG games like Collapse Starrail (version 2.1) and Persona 5: The Phantom X. The fixes will be provided through Galaxy Store and Play Store Update by May 8th.

Overall, we can say Samsung is to make the gaming experience smoother in their upcoming devices. Moreover, rumors spread that Samsung was preparing for a full-fledged Exynos setup in 2026. Probably, all the optimization in games is supported by Exynos 2600 Soc.

A few rumors also suggest the company is focusing on Battery AI tech and is about to introduce it in the upcoming Galaxy S25 series, which will boost battery back up to 5 to 10% more.
