Samsung has already hinted at the AI boost in 2024 with One UI 6.1 Galaxy AI features. The skin applies AI generative features in a wide range of areas. It is worth mentioning that Galaxy AI already includes only Video AI features like instant Slow-Mo, which slows down the frame rate and shows any video in slow motion. The recent rumors claim to bring a more generative AI boost for Videos in One UI 6.1.1 update.
One of the prominent tipsters, @Universeice, shared information on video AI through this tweet. As per the tip, the primary focus of the next One UI 6.1.1 will be the Video AI feature. The tweet hints at the possible inclusion, but it’s not concrete. Therefore, you can only predict Samsung’s new features for now.

What Video AI features can you expect in the next major upgrades? It’s too early to speak about it; once details surfaced online, only one can pinpoint the accurate features. Some of the video AI features in One UI 6.1 were already predicted to be included during the Galaxy S24 launch.
Video editing AI features like quality enhancement, stability, and low light performances were expected. However, Samsung might have a different plan to bring those features to the upcoming firmware update.
Since Samsung’s Galaxy AI was developed in collaboration with Google, it can use Google’s base video intelligence again to analyze video. With this, it can identify an object from videos and erase it from the video, just like it currently does with pictures.
Generative features can also analyze the video content and provide subtitles in any language. More advanced generative AI features like text-to-video conversion, similar to OpenAI’s SORA, can also be made possible.
One UI 6.1.1 is expected to be released in the Samsung Unpacked event in July. This skin will come out of the box with the Galaxy Z Foldable 6th generation. The recent 6.1.1 test build has also surfaced online for the skin. The possibility to bring Galaxy Video AI features is immense, but not sure what they will be!
