According to the user, the Dexcom guy (unnamed) guides him with the following steps and resolves the issue by following them. Not only that, but many Reddit users also thanked him for sharing his experience and providing the solution.

  1. First of all, you need to find the G6 app and long-press it,
  2. Tap the App info option,
  3. Go to the Battery section,
  4. Now hit the Optimize battery usage” option,
  5. In the dropdown menu, click on the ALL option,
  6. Find the G6 app and disable it from being optimized.
