What is the Issue? According to a few Reddit users, after the latest update, they are facing automatic disconnection of the Buds 2 Pro with the device connected. The random disconnection was at an interval of 15 to 20 minutes. Some users also report that if the Buds are connected to the phone and the watch, it disconnects as soon as they try to do anything on the Galaxy watch.
The reason for the unexpected disconnection is the new software update, as it worked fine with the previous update. Users can experience seamless connections between the Samsung ecosystem without any interference. However, Samsung has officially not acknowledged the issue in their forum. What to do? If you are facing such an issue, then try the temporary solution to fix it.
- Reset Your Galaxy Buds:Â To reset your earbuds, just put them back in the charging case and close the lid. Wait for a couple of seconds and try to connect it again.
- Unpair the Earbuds: First, Navigate to settings>connections>Bluetooth. Now tap the earbud name from the list and then tap unpair. Now pair it again.
- Check for updates on Galaxy Wearable apps: Go to the Galaxy Store and search for the app. Check if there is any update available.
- Clear the cache of Wearable apps:Â Navigate to settings> App section> Tap on Galaxy Wearable app> Tap on the storage section> Tap on clear data.
