Wonderland is one of the best Good Lock modules for Samsung phones, which enables a wide range of wallpaper customizations, including applying various motion & particle effects, grading, and 3D effects to wallpapers, and creating unique wallpaper styles. We can even add our images and convert them into custom wallpapers.
It seems that Wonderland has gotten a new update (version 1.5.09), which adds a new “Fluid” motion effect for the lockscreen wallpaper.
As the demonstration by @tarunvats33 on X (formerly Twitter) shows, this new Fluid effect creates a swirly motion on the lockscreen wallpaper when the screen is on or off.
However, we still do not know which Samsung devices support this new wallpaper motion effect: will it be limited to the higher-end and flagship Samsung phones, or will devices on the lower-end also get it?
Regardless, this new update also has several fixes for prior bugs. It incorporates some UI adjustments for better usability and addresses an issue that caused the wallpaper to reset to default randomly on foldable Samsung devices like the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
The update rollout initially started in South Korea but has gradually started rolling out worldwide, and now you can install the update directly from the Galaxy Store.
To get the new Fluid motion effect on your Samsung device, you must enter the Galaxy Store, search for Wonderland, and install the update here for version 1.5.09, which is now seemingly live globally.
However, if you cannot install the update from the Galaxy Store, you can either install the update file from the link in @tarunvats33’s post on X or wait patiently for the update to officially roll out for your region.
We appreciate Samsung for bringing such unique wallpaper effects for their phones via Good Lock and hope such great feature additions continue into the future as well.
