Some Galaxy S25 Ultra users complain about Bluetooth connectivity issues

Galaxy S25 Ultra users encountered another issue with the device. Now, users are reporting having Bluetooth connectivity issues with Ear Buds and Wearables. Recently, the Galaxy S25 series was officially launched with a stable One UI 7 update, and the device is troubling users.

According to posts submitted on various platforms (Community forum 1/2, Reddit), users speak of trying to pair the Watch Ultra through wearable apps with the new S25 Ultra. But it failed to establish the connection.

However, the device paired with the old Galaxy device seamlessly. After a while, the Watch connects itself, although it’s a glitch. The next while, when the user tried to connect its Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, a similar issue occurred. Another user says Bluetooth connectivity disrupts every 15 to 20 minutes.

Bluetooth Connectivity issue with Galaxy S25Ultra device

It’s not the first time the Galaxy Flagship has been facing issues. Every time Samsung launches a product, it faces issues, but it provides the solution through an update. Previously, users reported overheating and battery drain issues, not being able to connect the Android Auto, notifications not working properly, couldn’t setup the work profile of the company, etc.

Troubleshooting steps for Bluetooth issue:

The current Galaxy S25 Bluetooth issue could be a bug. If so, that will likely be fixed by a software update. Meanwhile, you can go for the basic troubleshooting process, which might be worth enough to try having no solution at all.

  • Turn ON & OFF the Bluetooth connection.
  • Remove any magnetic case cover that might interfere with the device’s wireless connectivity.
  • If you are connecting through wearable apps, check if the app is up to date.
  • Check if the smartwatch requires any firmware updates.
  • Make sure the device connecting has enough battery backup.
  • Try the Samsung Member App Support section to diagnose your device.
  • For such kinds of connecting issues, it’s advisable to reset the network settings. To do so, navigate to Settings followed by General Management>Reset>Reset WiFi and Bluetooth>Reset Settings. However, note that this will erase all saved passwords for connected networks.
  • Perform a soft reboot of the device.
  • It’s not necessary to factory reset your device for such issues. As a last resort, you can try it but do take a backup of the device, as it will wipe the system.

If the basic steps don’t help to rule out the issue, you need to send a bug report through the Samsung Member app. Any update on the solution will be covered soon. Stay tuned!
