In collaboration with Google, Samsung released Galaxy AI features for Galaxy World. Already known as Circle to Search, it was a widely used AI feature that allowed users to quickly Google anything from the screen. The Galaxy S24 series was the first to bring this feature. To enhance the feature further, the “Audio Search” option is going to be added as the report suggested.
One of the most active Tipster Androidย Authorityย recently discovered the “Audio Search” option in the Google App Beta version 15.32.36. The tipster already revealed the “Audio search” during an APK teardown in June. Now, more features have been revealed by the tipster.
This additional AI option will act like an ear to your phone. Any song or music playing on the device will be identified, and Google will provide details. As the report claims, this feature can also identify music or songs singing or humming. This means that ambient sound can also be identified.
The screenshot above, shared by the tipster, clearly shows what the new interface is going to look like. The music icon appears new when you circle to search. Tapping the icon will be the only step in identifying the song. The shared images show the song played, sung, or hummed can be identified. The tipster also linked a screen record video of the features.
Will this be a game-changing feature for Samsung? This feature is going to revolutionize the way the circle-to-search works. While listening to music, a simple circle to search will not help you to find the song. Instead, it will show similar music player apps, images, etc.
Hence, the added music identification feature would save time since it will identify the music just by listening to it. Well, this feature has its advantages, but it is not the first time people will see it. Google’s Pixel device already has a similar feature, and most third-party apps do the same thing.
Since Samsung is about to bring an update in the upcoming days, this feature could roll out in the latest update, or Samsung could debut this feature at the launch of the upcoming Galaxy S25 series.
