Samsung may linger on the One UI 6 extended version before a major One UI 7 upgrade. Information shared by tipster @UniverseIce on the Twitter platform. Earlier, it was speculated that the One UI 7 bet program would roll out for the Galaxy S24 lineup in early August, but the company might have changed itsย plan.
As per the tipster, Galaxy S24 will further have the One UI 6.1.1 skin to run more AI-based functions before getting the One UI 7. Most recently, One UI 6.1.1 has been rumored to include AI-tipped video features.
Similarly, we can expect some extraordinary features in the upcoming days. One of the features hinted at by the tipster is the Camera optimization. Since the latest skin does not justify the Galaxy S24 to the highest from the rival perspective, much improvement is required.
A lot of complaints have been reported since the One UI 6 arrival, and Samsung’s respective team has been acknowledging the issues. In the beginning, it was the animation transition, and later, various issues were added up. Mostly, moderators kept saying the latest One UI 6.1.1 upgrades were needed to resolve various issues.
One UI 6.1.1 is expected to be a significantly huge bump in terms of upgrades. The tipster predicted the exact time of the release window to be August 2024. The rollout of AI features is also expected to bring the upcoming July launch of Z Fold 6.
However, the previous assumption of the launching pattern suggested the launch of the new skin in August. With the latest information, the One UI 7 release is uncertain! Currently, it is expected to launch with Galaxy S25 next year.
Samsung needs to impress its users with One UI 6.1.1 to bring back its UI glory. Its rivals are getting better day by day using AI-oriented features. Any latest developments in this regard will be shortly covered by Saminsider. Stay tuned!
