Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy A16 with 4G and 5G options. The official announcement is expected in early October.
However, before the official reveal, we came across a listing in a European retailer’s database that revealed its pricing.
According to the early retail listing, here are the expected prices (likely for the base variant):
- Galaxy A16 4G (128GB storage + ? RAM): EUR 209.90
- Galaxy A16 5G (128GB storage + ? RAM): EUR 239.90
These prices may vary depending on VAT and other country-specific duties across Europe. It’s important to stay cautious with these prices since Samsung hasn’t confirmed them yet.
The A16 5G is expected to come in memory configurations of 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage and an option with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
Depending on the region, the A16 5G might come with different processors, either Exynos 1330 or MediaTek Dimensity 6300.
Samsung is probably going to offer 6 OS updates and 6 years of security patches for these devices.
The design of the Galaxy A16 has already been revealed through leaked renders, which show a basic look similar to other affordable Samsung A-series phones.
