Samsung’s budget Galaxy A series is most popular among budget lovers. Unfortunately, this entry-level series has yet to debut in the US. The upcoming Galaxy A06 was recently rumored to be a 4G variant with the model number SM-A065M. Although the device was tipped with specs, its render images were recently leaked on Twitter.
The X user Evan Blass recently shared the three-color variant of the Galaxy A06 device. However, the rendered images of the device are similar to those of its predecessor, A05. It’s got two rear cameras with an LED flash in between. The bezel of the phone looks as thin as the previous variant. The front display looks flat with the thin bezel.
The rendered images are similar to other A series, which have a cutting-edge camera spot under display. Apart from that, the render images indicate the color of the upcoming Galaxy A06: Blue, Black, and Gold.
Other than the rendered images, no concrete evidence proves the device specs detail. However, rumors buzzing around online hint the device is going to have specs similar to those of the Galaxy A05.
Looking at its predecessor, A05, it got a Mediatek Helio G85 Soc Setup. The device has a 6.7-inch 60 Hz HD+ PLS LCD screen. Powered by 5000 mAh battery and 25W wired charging speed. The Camera setup includes a primary rear camera of 50 MP with a 2 MP secondary option. On the other hand, the front is equipped with an 8MP camera. The device came with 4GB and 6GB RAM variants with 64GB/128 GB storage capacity.
With the expected feature, the Galaxy A06 will be coming out of the box with the latest custom One UI skin. Assuming to make a debut in a similar time frame as the last variant, the A06 expected release window is around mid-October 2024.
