Samsung has delayed the Android 15-based One UI 7 for quite a while. The first beta is yet to come out, and people are eagerly waiting.
The delay is very likely due to the fact that the company has to make a lot of changes, as One UI 7 will apparently be a pretty big upgrade. But a big upgrade does come with its own downside โ a lot of bugs.
Bugs and issues are not totally unexpected when the software is in the beta phase, which is also in a very early stage.
However, as per popular tipster Ice Universe, the first beta firmware of One UI 7 has too many bugs, possibly more than usual. The tipster specifically mentions bugs in the animations.
That makes sense since One UI 7 will very likely bring significant upgrades in that area. Some new bugs have also appeared in the latest builds.
As for the release of this beta firmware, we can expect it to arrive sometime next week. We hope Samsung refines things a bit by then.
Regardless, the stable version will definitely be much more stable. The regular customer who is not into beta testing has nothing to worry about right now.
