After the official launch of One UI 7 for the Galaxy S25 Series, fans are waiting for their turns. Anticipating the rollout for later devices starting in February. But things escalate rapidly after the AI features are revealed, and users want One UI 7 eagerly. The same goes for Galaxy S24 FE users!
The good news is Samsung offers the Remote Test Lab service to test the applications on a real device. Recently, a Reddit user (Proshis_Saha_Swopna) shared his real images of One UI 7 based on device model number SM-S721B, which is Galaxy S24 FE. Therefore, you can experience One UI 7 firmware remotely for the Galaxy S24 FE from the device list.
Although the remote testing will differ from the actual experience, users on Reddit show their grievances about not having the Now Brief and Audio Eraser features that have been highlighted mostly during S25 launches. However, the Now Bar can be experienced in AOD sections.
If you are unfamiliar with the Remote Test Lab service, let me explain it a little. The RTL service basically used to have the experience of the real Galaxy device without actually having it. It is a real-time interaction with the choice of your devices remotely via a web browser. The user can control the device remotely, run an app on it, predefine automated tests, listen to the audio of the device, etc. You can even check the foldable devices and have S-pen experiences.
The basic requirement is a Samsung account (or you could just sign up for one) and the Google Chrome browser for Web clients. There is another category of Java Client in case you want to experience wearables or old models. But for mobile devices, a web client is a suitable solution. To get started, you just need to perform three basic steps. Sign up, select your preferred device, and start testing. It sounds easy, but in case you get stuck and require the step-by-step procedure, check out the video links.
Follow the RTL Web page for more details on how to use the service.
