As we await the Galaxy S25 series, we have heard a lot of interesting things about these phones over the past couple of months.
From the debut of A/B partitioningย to an entirely new model, Samsung seems to have a lot planned for us.
In fact, just today, renowned leaker Jukanlosreve shared Geekbench scores of the Galaxy S25 Ultra on X (formerly Twitter). And they are nothing short of extraordinary, if true.
Massive Jump in Scores Over Previous Generation
As per the image shared by the leaker, the Galaxy S25 Ultra scores 3148 points in the single-core test and 10236 in the multi-core one.
For context, these numbers for the last generation Galaxy S24 Ultra were somewhere around 2100 and 6700, respectively.
So this is a respectable jump of around 50% in both tests. These scores are also higher than most other Geekbench scores of different consumer phones.
Besides that, the image also suggests that the model this benchmark was run on is a US-based one with 12GB of RAM and runs Android 15.
The smartphone is most likely going to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which Qualcomm debuted last month. It could be the renamed version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, but the company has not confirmed that yet.
Now, whether or not this leak is entirely true cannot be determined. Earlier benchmarks show some different results, although still impressive.ย Either way, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is definitely going to be a powerhouse!
