Samsung recently committed to its users to extend its Software and security update policy for an additional year. This means a few selected Samsung devices will be able to receive the latest One UI 6 Update. Unfortunately, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is not on the list.
Samsung began rolling out the One UI 6 stable update based on Android 14 starting on October 30th. In a blog post, the company shared a list of eligible devices set to receive the update. However, the Galaxy Tab S6 series was not mentioned as being included.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a decent device that offers quality features. As per the software update policy, it is incompatible with the One UI 6 based on Android 14. Nonetheless, Samsung Tab S6 Lite users can continue to enjoy the features and functionality of their devices with the One UI 5.0.
