Samsung apparently has a lot in store for their next-generation flagships. Perhaps the most interesting move they are about to pull is bringing a completely new model to the series โ the Galaxy S25 Slim.
A very recent finding of a Samsung smartphone listing in the IMEI database, with the model number SM-S937U, pretty much confirms its existence.
We also now have news about this model’s camera system. By its looks, it may be a higher-end model than the Galaxy S25 Plus, sitting right under the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This also aligns with the model number.
Leaker Claims the Galaxy S25 Slim Will Have an “Ultra” Camera
Ice Universe, a popular tipster and leaker, shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) stating that the Galaxy S25 Slim is going to have an “Ultra” camera.
Exclusive: The Galaxy S25 Slim is equipped with an โUltraโ camera.

It is highly unlikely that Samsung will use its highest-end camera system on a different phone. So, the best conclusion of Ice Universe’s statement we can think of is that the Galaxy S25 Slim may get the primary sensor of the Ultra model.
And that is likely going to be a 200MP one with OIS. The other rear cameras on the Slim model could be the same as the Plus model. And they are a 12MP ultrawide sensor and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The front camera could likely be a 12MP sensor. The Galaxy S25 series is surely shaping up to be interesting!
