Galaxy S25 Slim coming in 2025, won’t launch with standard S25 trio

Galaxy S25 Slim, a whole new iteration featured as the thinnest S series, is buzzing around the internet. This could possibly be the same Fan edition.

Anyway, we are getting at least four models in the S25 series in the upcoming year, and the Galaxy S25 lineup is expected to make its debut in January 2025. However, the recent leaks via tipster Max Jambor suggest the new S25 Slim will not be coming alongside the trio.

Now, we have come to know that the Galaxy S25 series will be the first to host Snapdragon 8 Elite. Qualcomm’s new chipset is expected to be advanced in many ways. Meanwhile, Samsung Foundry has not been able to keep up with the new beast so far.

The latest rumors speak that the Galaxy S25 Slim will equipped with Exynos 2400. As mentioned above, Exynos is way behind, and its yield rate is also falling. This again concludes why the company might bring Exynos 2400 of Galaxy S24 instead of 2500.

Meanwhile, Samsung might try to bring Exynos 2500 as it spotted recently testing on the S25 series. This also hints the K giant may not totally revoke the foundry idea. This makes sense why the company schedule.

Aligning the recent leaks, the Galaxy S25 Slim will get an exclusive “Ultra” camera setup. This setup is expected to be a 200MP main camera with OIS, 12MP ultrawide, 10MP telephoto ( 3x zoom), and 12MP front camera.

Overall, next year’s roadmap is going to be interesting, with the S25 series in January and the S25 Slim around April (via Korean blogger yeux1122). Until then, Keep subscribing to Saminsider!
