Samsung might soon make it easier for users to keep up with notifications. We may get a new AI-powered feature in One UI 7 update.
The feature will be called “AI Notification,” which would summarize long notifications to show just the most important points.
With Galaxy AI, we have seen a similar AI feature that helps users by summarizing web pages, notes, etc. Now, “AI Notification” is going to be part of Samsung’s Galaxy AI toolkit.
Tipster Chun Bhai shared in his X account that “Galaxy AI now has a notification summary feature called AI Notification.”

It looks like this “AI Notification” feature will work similarly to Apple’s “Notification Summaries” introduced on iOS 18.1.
In Apple’s version, details from email threads or lengthy app notifications are summarised so we can quickly see what’s important without needing to scroll through every message.
As of now, Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed this feature, but if the rumors are true, it will arrive with the upcoming One UI 7.
There’s a good chance it will be available on several flagship devices, including older devices such as Galaxy S22. Unfortunately, the AI Notification feature won’t be available on mid-range Galaxy smartphones. Stay tuned for updates!
