Galaxy A56 and A36 tipped to launch in mid-March 2025

Samsung’s mid-range A series comprises many devices, but the most popular among the series are the Galaxy A3x & Galaxy A5x. These devices are mostly known for their extraordinary features at a very ordinary price range.

The Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 are about to launch this year, 2025. Several other tipsters already predicted the launch in March, but here’s another leak from a tipster, Abhishek Yadav. Addressing the launch, the tipster also mentioned that it would be launched at the global level in mid-March.

Recent leaks also revealed the CAD render images for the Galaxy A56 and Galaxy A36. Apart from a few color theme options, there is not much expected in their design languages, except the unified triple camera island elevated in the back of both devices.

Speaking of hardware changes, the recent leaks from GalaxyClub suggest a selfie camera update for both of them. The Galaxy A36 & A56 are likely getting the 12MP sensor for their selfie cameras, like the Galaxy S24. Although it looks like a downgrade, it’s actually the upgraded one. If we listen to the leaks, the rear camera will remain as its predecessor.

Leaks from last year’s CCC certification revealed the Galaxy A56 is likely getting the 45 W fast charging option. Another piece of information disclosed last year was that both the Galaxy A36 & A56 are listed for Geekbench testing. Although it’s unclear about the Galaxy A36 SoC option, the Geekbench results regarding the A56 hint at the Exynos 1580 chipset. And the test also indicates a good score, equivalent to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.

These are, by the way, not an official announcement, but these tipsters have a good track record of sharing early news. But we have to wait to know how accurate the information rumored on the internet is. That’s all for now.
