How to Fix Notification Background Color Issue in Samsung Theme Park

Samsung’s customization suit, Good Lock, enhances the user experience on Galaxy phones. For this, the Good Lock has a bundle of modules specific to the customization area. Themepark is another module within the Good Lock Family that primarily provides access to customized icons and phone themes.

The themepark app recently upgraded to version 1.1.00.18 in July. The update brings a lot of improvements and bug fixes. However, users are still facing issues after the update.

As shared the screenshot on the Korean Samsung community forum, users mentioned facing issues with the notification background color on the lockscreen. While creating the Theme, the notification backgrounds show different colors.

Quickly replying to the user’s question, a moderatorย suggested some fixes. As per the moderator, the notification’s background color shows on the screen while editing and previewing, which was actually applied according to the quick panel theme. However, on the actual lockscreen, the color may applied according to the theme users chosen.

Suggesting the users reinstall the theme park app if the actual lockscreen shows a dark background color. Once reinstalled, create a new theme and check it. If you are still getting the issue, then try disabling the color palette. Follow the steps below to turn off the color palette-

  • Go to the Settings Option
  • Select the Wallpaper and Style tab
  • Tap on the Colour Palette option
  • Toggle the switch off the color palette
  • Tap on the Apply Button to confirm the settings
